PHONE SCREENING
One of our trained professionals will confidentially answer your questions about our services. If you’re ready, we’ll conduct a brief phone screening to gather information and discuss the next steps. If treatment at CeDAR is appropriate and we have availability, we’ll schedule your admission and send a confirmation with a packing list.

ADMISSION
You will spend approximately 90 minutes with the admissions team completing a level of care assessment and admission paperwork. Once admitted, our addiction medicine and nursing teams will complete a physical exam, obtain necessary lab work, and review your medical and health history to develop a plan of care that best suits your needs.
We Accept Most Insurance Plans
We work with most insurance companies and can verify benefits to estimate program costs prior to admission. Simply fill out the contact link above or contact the Admissions Department to get the process started or for more information.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive of all payers, we may not be able to provide all levels of care for each insurance listed, and CeDAR may be out-of-network for some products offered by the payers listed. Your insurance plan may allow you to go out of network with proper authorization. If your insurance provider or plan is out-of-network with CeDAR, we can contact your insurance provider to determine if an authorization can be obtained for out-of-network benefits.
